Special Message Regarding Live Performance Infrastructure Projects

12.11.14 - As 2014 winds to a close and pursuant to LA RS 47:6034, state certified infrastructure projects that have received initial certification on or before January 1, 2014, the final date for earning credits on qualified expenditures is January 1, 2015. No expenditures made after this date will be considered qualified spend and shall NOT be eligible for credits. Please note that this is NOT a deadline for submitting your audit. 8.14.14 - All applications and requests for final certifications are processed in the order they are received. In most cases we are issuing our determinations well before the statutory timeframe has elapsed. We strive to issue all determinations as quickly and efficiently as possible.
