SPECIAL MESSAGE: MOTION PICTURE REVISED AUDIT GUIDELINES

7.17.12 - 2012 is off to a roaring start. This year we have seen many successes including an Academy Award for the animated short film “The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore” and the feature film “Beasts of the Southern Wild” is showing signs of joining the ranks of Oscar winners from Louisiana (it has already scored awards at the Sundance and Cannes film festivals).

2.17.12 - As 2012 is off to a rolling start and we continue on the path to even more and greater successes in Louisiana Entertainment, I want to take a moment to remind the industry of some important provisions in the statute that governs the motion picture program:

11.22.11 - Please be advised that the updated audit guidelines will go into effect for all motion picture production projects initially certified on or after 10/1/11.
