All documents sent to LED are public records unless a specific exemption or privilege applies. Applicants should therefore be mindful of personal information within support documents and unless otherwise instructed by LED staff, should limit the following personal data identifiers in all submissions, including attachments:

  • Taxpayer identification numbers – redact all but last four digits;
  • Financial account numbers / ABA routing numbers – redact all but last four digits;
  • Names of minor children – use only initials;
  • Dates of birth – use only the year
