17 year old local student James Linden Hogg recently released his latest CD album, "College Fund Volume 2". "Here we come A- Wassailing" is a seasonal favorite for all ages that was included in a music video along with fellow home schoolers six years ago performing a backyard production of the Charles Dicken's Classic, "The Chrismas Carol". James Linden will be in concert Sun. Dec 3rd at the LSU Rural LIfe Museum "A Rural Christmas" at 1:00pm. Later that same day he'll do another musical performace at the West Baton Rouge Museum "Holiday Open House" at 4:00pm. On Sun. Dec. 10th at 1:00pm he'll perform at the Magnolia Mound Plantation, "Creole Christmas". Then on Dec 31st New Year's Eve a special appearance at the Red Stick 200th anniversary 11:30am other local dignitaries at the North Blvd Park.

James Linden is currently working on "College Fund Volume 3"  to be released March 1st. One of the songs featured is the John Denver classic, "Thank God I'm a Country Boy".  Several Country Music stars also sang on this cut, such as CMA Entertainer of the year Ricky Skaggs, Restless Heart's Larry Stewart, Shenandoah's Marty Raybon, Billy Dean, and the man that sang in Denver's band in the 70's on the original recording, Herb Pedersen.
